Craig undertook his training with the firm, on qualifying as a solicitor he joined national trade union firm Thompsons at their Cardiff office, where he specialised in employer liability claims, representing the interests of trade union members.
He returned to Graham Evans & Partners in 2001, and has undertaken a mix of employer liability, occupiers liability and road traffic accident claims, including claims for injuries to motorcyclists.
Craig has successfully litigated significant high value claims including brain injury and fatal accident cases. He has a special interest in conducting head injury accident claims, including those involving children. He has been instrumental in the firm becoming a corporate member of Headway brain injury charity.
He became a partner in 2005, and took over as head of personal injury in 2007. An experienced litigator, Craig is a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority personal injury panel, and has been awarded the status of Senior litigator by the association of personal injury lawyers (APIL).
