Anne was admitted as a Solicitor in 1981, becoming a Partner in her own firm in 1985. In 1999 her firm, Jenkins and George , was incorporated in Graham Evans and partners and Anne joined as a Consultant. She is a member of both our Family and Probate departments.
Anne is a specialist in Child Care law, and non-contentious Probate. She has been a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (formerly Law Society)'s Children Panel for 20 years and has wide experience in Children Law, particularly relating to care proceedings.
Anne has acted as an Executor/Trustee in many estates and continues to advise in numerous probate matters.
