Craig is a partner who heads up our litigation department and specialises in claims arising from personal injury. He oversees the team’s general litigation and employment work and is experienced in handling serious injury cases and those of high value.
He trained with Graham Evans & Partners and after qualifying as a solicitor in 2000, joined trade union solicitors Thompsons in Cardiff. Here he specialised in employer liability claims and represented the interests of trade union members, later returning to Graham Evans & Partners’ Swansea office and becoming a partner in 2005.
He has experience of accidents at work, occupiers’ liability claims and road traffic accidents. As well, his passion for cycling underpins his understanding of handling claims for accidents involving cyclists of which he has significant experience.
Craig has successfully litigated significant high value claims including brain injury and fatal accident cases. He specialises in handling head injury accidents including those involving children, and has been instrumental in the firm becoming a corporate member of Headway, the national brain injury charity.
His accreditation by the Solicitors Regulation Authority as a personal injury specialist and status as a senior litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) further demonstrate the depth of his knowledge and expertise.
Craig’s approach is both practical and caring. He is empathetic, understanding his clients’ needs, while remaining focused throughout so he may reach the best possible outcome. This focus and dedication is particularly important when dealing with catastrophic injury cases as these can run for several years. He makes it his priority to secure the help and assistance the injured person and their family needs right from the outset.
