Fiona Lee


Fiona is a Partner in the Family Law Department at Graham Evans & Partners. She has over 20 years experience of all areas of family law work.

Fiona heads up private Divorce work Graham Evans & Partners. She is highly experienced and deals with complex financial and property matters in relation to divorce and partnership dissolution, cohabitation disputes and all aspects of children matters, including care proceedings.

After achieving an Honours Degree from London University, Fiona took her professional exams in Cardiff.  Fiona began practicing in 1995, qualified as a Solicitor in 1997, becoming a partner in 2004 and now has over 20 years of experience specialising in family law. Fiona has given guest lectures at Swansea Law School covering topics such as children and the law, and legal aid.   Fiona regularly advises at Citizens Advice Bureau and One Stop Shop.

Fiona has achieved Accredited Specialist Member status of  both Resolution (formerly the Solicitors’ Family Law Association) since 2003, which is an organisation committed to resolving disputes in a constructive and non-confrontational way, and on the Law Society’s Children Panel as a Children’s Representative since 2004. She is one of only a handful of solicitors in South Wales with those highly respected dual memberships.

Fiona recognises that when a client takes the step of consulting a solicitor that it will have followed a uniquely challenging period in the client’s life.  This is at forefront of her mind and Fiona will seek to deliver guidance and certainty in a sympathetic manner, offering a positive approach. 

She is particularly adept at handling disputes between parents or relatives regarding children, provides legal guidance on disputes, including Trusts of Land cases, prenuptial agreements and separation agreements. With a determination to go that extra mile for her clients, Fiona seeks to achieve a conclusion that is right for both the individual and family.
