Jeremy is a Consultant Solicitor, based in the Wealth Department. He has worked within Graham Evans and Partners since 1986, having been Partner then Senior Partner. He now acts as a Consultant Solicitor, providing valuable expertise and advice in legal matters relating to Conveyancing , Wills& Probate along with Power of Attorney matters.
Having studied at Aberystwyth University before qualifying as a solicitor in 1975, he has a broad range of experience and as he is qualified to act as a Criminal Duty Solicitor, he provides over 30 years’ experience of court and police station matters. Jeremy also specialises in domestic and commercial conveyancing, assisting in the sale and purchase of properties, assigning and creating business leases.
His primary area of work concentrates on Wealth matters and he is particularly knowledgeable, and provides legal advice on, Power of Attorney and is always available to assist any existing or potential client needing advice on this area of law. He can also help with all aspects of probate including drafting Wills, advising on inheritance tax, and acting for Administrators.

In addition, Jeremy understands the importance of planning ahead and, if necessary, will visit clients at home in order to take instruction on Wills or to register the appropriate Power of Attorney which will go some way to easing the burden of these difficult decisions.
