Louise is Supervising Solicitor within the firm’s litigation department. She specialises in compensation claims for personal injury and medical negligence. She joined Graham Evans and Partners in 2008 and has since become a key member of the litigation team. She has a broad range of experience in the personal injury field, and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
A native of Wolverhampton, Louise read Law and Politics at Cardiff University graduating in 1998, following undertaking the Legal Practice Course she subsequently trained with Cardiff firm Freed Kemp Rapport. Louise qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 following which she has specialised in the area of personal injury litigation.
She has developed her experience in this area of law working in private practice in South Wales as well as representing trade union members whilst working for Thompsons Solicitors, Bristol. There she specialised in industrial accidents and employers’ liability claims. She has since undertaken successful claims against government bodies including claims against the prison service, NHS, and recently won a test case against the local authority.
Louise has an excellent rapport with her clients. It is this ability to understand their needs and difficulties which greatly assists her to do the very best for them, at what is often a vulnerable and worrying time in their lives.
