Brian was the firms senior partner until his retirement from that position in 2007. The firm retained his services as a consultant to have the benefit of his extensive experience in legal matters.
Brian sat a Deputy District Judge for over 14 years and gained a wide knowledge of law, his specialism has been in the field of Personal Injury. He has a wealth of knowledge in this area having represented both Claimants and major insurance company clients for over 30 years. He has dealt with numerous cases involving motorcyclists, pedestrians and accidents at work. Many of these have involved catastrophic injuries and resulted in Multi million pound settlements.
Brian continues to represent the interests of the insurer clients in dealing with defence work, and is engaged as a claim supervisor for the Personal Injury team, acting in a review and mentoring role within the department in order that his experience is readily available to all members of the team.
