Phil joined the firm in 1994 working in the criminal department primarily working as an accredited police station advisor in the criminal department. He qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1998. His main role of which he has a wealth of experience continues to be providing advice to clients detained at police stations. He also deals with general case preparation within the criminal department.
Phil is currently in the process of adding to his qualifications, has recently completed his Graduate Diploma in Law, and is currently undertaking the Legal Practise Course at University of West England which should see him convert his existing qualification to qualify as a solicitor, allowing rights of audience in the magistrates court.
