Motoring Offences

Our daily car journeys, whether for business or pleasure, have become even more hazardous as a result of the ever increasing number of speed cameras and the introduction of even more anti-motorist legislation. At Graham Evans & Partners we fully appreciate the effect on your work and home life when faced with the possibility of being disqualified from driving and we have developed a specialist team to deal with such issues. We are here to defend motorists facing prosecution and guide you through the often complex and bewildering procedures.

There may well be mitigating circumstances, which an experienced Solicitor can put forward at Court on your behalf-for example, an argument of 'exceptional hardship' or 'special reasons' - which could result in the mandatory period of disqualification being avoided. If you face prosecution then call immediately to speak to us personally.

If you need advice on any of the following:

In most motoring matters we can offer you the certainty of a fixed fee so that you are aware, from the outset, how much you will be paying. If, however, you successfully defend your prosecution, some or all of your costs can be repaid from Central Funds.

Call and discuss your matter with a member of our specialist team, or make an appointment to discuss and speak to us face to face.
